Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building platform products that work for multiple business units’ customer facing products and external partners.

· Work collaboratively with other product managers, architect designers and developers to make scalable platform service that work for multiple business units’ consumer facing products and even for external partners
· Develop, prioritize, and manage product roadmap/backlogs and stakeholder requests

Staff Technical Project ManagerJob Description
1. Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of eHealth Technical projects in an agile environment, ensuring company initiatives and commitments are met
2. Manage scope, timeline, and resources for each project and be able to hold others accountable
3. Regular reports for external partners and for internal communications;
4. Facilitating the scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Planning, Review meeting, Retrospective meetings, etc);
5. Managing the product and the Sprint backlog together with product owner and engineer owners;

Senior Software EngineerResponsibilities

Responsibilities
1.Assist inbound customer chat including but not limited to helping customers navigate the web site, understand and explain the application process.
2.Identifying potential issues that adversely affect our customers and reporting them immediately.
